"Safety". An ongoing, machine embroidered, two-dimensional work on weave. Instead of hand embroidering, Safety has been solely stitched by a machine. This free-form, automated "net" began in Feb.'19 and has been continued since. The immersive, delicate work has entranced me through various modes. Naturally, this "floating world" has become a comfort to me.A loose sketch unveiled its overall daunting nature to me. The inconclusiveness of the work leads to a process that is somewhat endless. This quality is what intrigues me to keep on.
